I have a love of quilting, the arts and family. My favorite things, this year, has been focusing on designing my own quilts and taking them to reality,  designing some fabrics available on Spoonflower and teaching others what I have learned.

    18. I have just loved your Phased Circles quilt I’m so happy you finished it. I really like your QDAD – so many of them I would like to make into quilts!

    27. I’d like to see more info on how to choose quilting motifs. I am always at a loss on how to ‘quilt as desired’!

    39. I would love to hear more about your color choices and the thought process that goes into those decisions. You often put together colors that I would not think to use, to gorgeous effect!

    42. I asked the same question on my blog! So for quilting related tutorials, I’d love to know some tips for cutting and piecing that would make quilting go faster. I can make a dress in a day, but a quilt seems so much more time consuming.

    44. I really enjoy learning about the design process, and your post on Phased Circles was really interesting to read. Finished quilts are always pretty to look at, but seeing how they were put together is always inspiring because often, I learn different techniques or glean inspiration.
