    206. I haven´t done much free motion quilting yet. Currently I´m working on perfecting flowers and one day I would like to be able to do some great orange peels!

    208. I’m new to quilting, but would love to learn to FMQ. I spent time with some ladies (during my college years) who hand quilted, and I’ve always wanted to learn to create blankets as lovely as theirs. Thank you for the giveaway!

    209. I have taught myself to free motion quilt and love making pebbly circles. However I could use a whole lot more instruction in every aspect of it. It gives such a fascinating effect. I love it.

    210. I am still very much in the trying everything out phase of FMQ, so there is not any one design that sticks out as my favourite. If anything, my favourite is the design that my daughter calls rainbows (I can’t remember its official name at the moment- sorry!)

    213. I would like to polish all my skills in FMQ. So far, I have only done practice slabs and everyday placemats. I would like to move on to lap quilts and TV watching quilts, which do not really have to be perfect. Then, I would like to finish up some of the tops I have waiting for quilting.

    214. As someone who has been quilting for 3 years & quilts her own quilts, I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I am quite terrified of free motion quilting! I would love to learn & master this skill but I haven’t really known where to start. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome prize.

    217. I have been dabbling in fmqing but I have not been able to do the meandering stitch. I have no muscle memory it seems and I start out great and end with spikey sharp edges instead of soft round ones. Needless to say I stay away from that and have had success with a few others but still learning.

    223. I haven’t tried FMQ yet but would really like to try stipple. It seems so easy but it’s intimidating!

    232. FMQ still frightens me, it’s my last great hurdle, apart from garment sewing, my eyes were like saucers when I saw this prize, I’d love to one day make a whole cloth FMQ for myself.

    235. Just about a month ago I finally figured out how to fit the walking foot on my machine and did some ‘true’ machine quilting. Boy, do I have a lot of room for improvement! It may sound funny, but meandering seemed somewhat easy since it’s so random. When I tried sewing a straight line, it was a hot mess! So that’s what I’d like to know how to do. Thanks!

    250. Thanks for the fabulous giveaway. I would like to master stipling and pebbles. I’ve done large loops and straight lines, but small space fillers are hard!

    251. I would like to learn how to stipple or meander without getting pointy spots. Does it really help to sketch on paper first?? Thanks for the awesome give away – that book is on my wish list!
