I love giveaway day held by Sew Mama Sew. Its such a great time to give back to community.

giveawaydaymay6This year, I am going simple. In the 2.5 years of sewing, can you believe I have already purchased 650 yards of fabric from Hawthorne Threads!!!! I love their service and selections. I even purchase fabric for my Mum in New Zealand from them due to their fabulous international shipping/services.

    303. Tough question! I’ve never attempted a jen Kingwell pattern even though I’m awe-struck by almost every design. The Steampunk is bringing me dangerously close, and I’d love to challenge myself with it!

    306. #1 on my wish list for a while has been making an Irish Chain quilt. But then just this morning I saw a beautiful Pinapple quilt that was just amazing and I realize that a Hawaiian quilt has always been at the very top of my wish list… though I have a ways to go before I feel I can do justice to making one. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway and the chance to win!

    327. Oh my! I would love to win this- especially since my birthday is just around the corner and I can always use some new fabric 🙂 Hmm… At this point I’m just hoping that one day I finish my marcelle medallion quilt.

    331. I’m new to sewing, so my to-do list this year includes things like attempting button holes and zippers. And start quilting. Because I know that’s just going to have to happen eventually.

    347. Much as I would like to work on a mini right now, I promised my daughter I’d make her 3 Roman shades for her new home (which I keep putting off 😦 ) So that’s #1 at the moment. Thanks SO MUCH for the giveaway!
