With the craft fair coming up at work, I am working on making coffee cup sleeves as one of the items for my booth/table. Here’s the work in progress.
I had trouble coming up with the pattern and design. Here are two of the examples, I landed going with design 2 (the one with the grey background). For the back I have been using a complementary corduroy.
This is how they look on a cup.
So far I have created several top designs, these are shown below.
Coffee themed cup sleeves and coaster
Detailed patchwork cup sleeves
Top: Dark purple as the main color and the yellow and green used for contrast
Bottom: Orange red as the main color with pink and teal for contrast
I’ve been wanting to try making these for a while, your’s look great!
Thank you, it took a while to work out which way I wanted to go but I like how they are turning out as well
How neat to make the coffee cup covers. They are so very useful. The orange grouping is my absolute favorite.
Thank you. Mine too so far – though the purple is a very close second (shame the photo doesn’t quite bring out the color right)
I struggle with photos all the time. Sometimes I can take 60 shots and end up with maybe two that I like. Goes with the territory I guess. Just would be nice to spend less time on pictures and more time on sewing. 🙂
Thanks for providing such a wonderful Information
