Amazingly, with QuiltCon and the snow (ie. cancelled school) I managed to get some designs done.

My husband has been complaining about the Winter and then we got the snow. This design was based on his feelings/complaints of the recent weather.

After playing around a lot I also came up with this design that is more like stepping stones “Colored Stepping Stones”.

hahaha the winter one! The autumn one reminds me of our winters–brown and grey. Dead grass, brown earth, barren trees, lots of walls and pavements…winter in the desert.
The autumn one really speaks to me and the winter one makes me laugh an is a great graphic quilt! 🙂
I love the Winter one, lol! In a more summery palette it could also work for the bloody heat too 😛
