I am on vacation this week, at the Outer Banks (OBX). I know you wish you were here with me, so here are a few picks so far…
My projects are going pretty well so far this month. This week, I am all set up in our vacation space for a productive week. I bought 4 projects with me – 2 quilting projects (It takes a village; Rangers Station) and 2 piecing projects (Idea, Design, Create – quilt top; Renee’s Sisterhood Traveling Quilt – blocks).
So far, this week, I finished off the quilt top for “Idea, Design, Create”….more on that on Friday but I am loving it!!
Now onto “It takes a village”. Just as a check point….my project plan:

I’d say have a great break, but it looks as if you’re planning to work just as hard as usual – only the surroundings have changed!
I appreciate the look you gave us of your organization. Mine needs some work and I think yours gives me a nice guideline. Oh, and thanks for the beautiful views of the ocean, too, haha! I love how your quilt is coming along with the words. I think it’s looking pretty spectacular! I haven’t tried sewing letters yet, but I’m working up to it. Your quilts always inspire me 🙂
I love that you get so much done on a family vacation! I’m hoping that when my kids are a little older I can take along my sewing machine too.
