Teal is my favorite color, because it represents cervical cancer. My sister passed from cervical cancer 6 years ago. I have been collecting teal/aqua fabrics to make a memory quilt. These would fit in perfectly. Thanks for the chance to win!

Though I haven’t used it in my quilting yet, my current go-to color is purple or violet. Nail polish, phone case, and long sleeve T in various shades of purple have been recently acquired!

From a very early age I have loved greens, all shades of green but in recent years I have grown to love the various shades of purple–especially the plums. They go so well with the prevalent grays we are seeing everywhere today. If I win this bundle I would use it for pillow covers. I have a perfect place for them!

My favorite color is teal (and it’s friends on either side of it on the color wheel.) Sure wish Katarina’s fabrics were available locally as I’d love to see the “real” color in them. Do love the texture in the first print above. Thanks for the giveaway.

Love using Aqua +Teal lately; currently making a Charity Baby Blanket in Light Aqua+Bright Red. If I won I’d probably make another Charity Blanket! Thanks for sharing!

The colors I love change with the seasons, but don’t always reflect them. Right now I have a thing for apple green with wine, and orange with deep orchid!

I love so many colors but shades of aqua are a favorite along with many into the greens. I love to do improv work with many shades and textures because they looks so cool when cut up.

I love purple, but then I love yellow, hot pink, orange…pretty much all brights. This bundle would be perfect for a snuggle quilt for my recently widowed sister, who loves aqua.

I like using purples with other colors and neutrals. I usually use ‘quiet’ purples because I find them to be calming colors, especially in quilts on my bed.

My favourite colour is green, although it’s not automatically a feature of my quilts. A couple of my projects have strongly featured green, though. Funnily, I also love teals and have used them a lot in various projects I’ve made. This series has been really interesting, thanks! 🙂

I have been using a lot of teal and grey because I find them so calming together. I’d like to make a wall hanging for my entry.

My favorite color is actually lavender/plum- but I rarely sew with it as I have a hard time finding fabrics in the shade I like. I sew a lot with aqua, navy, gray, red, and pink….they make me happy 🙂

I feel like I can never pick just one color! At the moment I really love gold (and chartreuse and navy and maroon-purple), and I love using it as accents in everything! I’ve yet to try a solid gold binding but it’s on my list!

My favorite color is purple, and until I saw this, I never thought about pairing it with aqua and teal. Usually I go to green and yellow for contrast. Thanks for the color blog series and expanding my horizons! I use purple in everything – quilts, bags, and baskets.

I love magenta and lime green. They work well to add pops of colour to quilts, which is what I would make with it!

If I have to choose just one favorite, it would be dark teal. I find myself drawn to deep saturated colors no Katarina Rocellia’s fabrics fit the bill perfectly.

Red is my favorite color, but I don’t use it in in quilting very much. My favorite quilting colors are grey and teal.

My favorite color is blue but it’s so very odd that I have yet to use blue in a quilt or garment!! Maybe my favorite color isn’t blue maybe I’ve been lying to myself all these years lol.
I really want to try using a dark, deep blue/navy as a background maybe I’ll get to someday soon.
Thanks for the series and the giveaway!

The teals, aquas, turquoises and jades (with a touch of lime) are some of my most favorite hues as they remind me of the Caribbean waters. I love the Caribbeans. I am creating a quilt for my sister in shades of purple, aqua, teal and a little yellow.

I have always loved purple and am known for it! As a teacher, my classroom has always been decorated in purple, my wedding was mostly purple, my laundry room is purple and so is my sewing room! I realize that many people don’t care for this luscious color, so I don’t sew with it too often…how unfortunate, eh? I find I use lime green a lot in my sewing as it complements so many other colors. I love color!
