After the great and timely post last night, from Chrissie @ madebychrissied.blogspot.com about her favorite fabric shop in New York….guess where I went today. As I am in New York for the weekend, you guessed it The City Quilter.

It was pretty cool. I must say our store in Chapel Hill, NC, Thimble pleasures is pretty great as well but it was nice to do something like this on vacation as you kind of have an excuse to spend a little more…at least I was taking advantage of it 🙂
