Ever had those days where you just can’t do anything. That has been my last 3 days, I totally blame it on the detox diet I am doing for the next 10 days. For an attempt to get out of that funk…why not post about fabric and upcoming activities + the winner of my giveaway.
Did you all see Craftsy Mystery Quilt Workshop?? It is with Tula Pink using Fox Fields. I definitely signed up as I am hoping the quilt is something like her butterfly quilt. The fabric arrived for the workshop this week:
I love those rabbit fabrics!! The colors are going to make a fantastic quilt….I don’t think I would have bought yardage of this line, so I am happy for a project for them.
The other project/competition I am so excited for is Umbrella Prints annual competition. The trimmings packet arrived yesterday.
Now, all I need is an idea and a project to use these lovelies.
I am linking up with Kristel @ Work in Progress girl, who is hosting Sunday Stash this week.
Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments on my 500 followers post. And without further adieu, the winner of the 500 follower give-away package is:
which is Jannette @ Quilting with Jannette. Congratulations, I will email you tonight to get your postage address and colors for your triple zipper pouch.
Nice stash! I’m not a competition person, but seeing your loot makes me wonder….
Love the new Trimmings pack – very organic.
The mystery workshop looks very interesting. I look forward to what it all will become and with such great fabric!
OH man! I am so tempted by the Fox Field class!!
I just received my umbrella prints trimmings too. I’m excited to see what everyone comes up with this year. Nice stashing.
Those trimmings are AWESOME. I’ve not seen some of those fabrics before – are those butterflies? I was just whining about black fabrics on my sunday stash post, but I’m pretty sure I love anything that comes out of the Umbrella Prints shop. That mix of black/white/neutral speaks to me. In fact, I believe I hear it saying, “buy me.”
Yes, Michelle! My last few days have been all sideways and not productive enough either. Love your Umbrella Prints fabrics – can’t wait to see what you make!
Oh, this is the 2nd time I’ve run into that Craftsy kit tonight. My resolve is weakening…
I’m intrigued by your Umbrella Prints stuff — it’ll be interesting to see what you come up with for them!
I’ve been trying to hard to resist that Crafty class but the fact that it’s Tula Pink is making it difficult. I have a theory that the quilt in the class is the one shown on Tula’s design wall in this pic: http://instagram.com/p/lP03ZeKDis/ It will be exciting to see what the pattern is even if I don’t sign up!
