I was so thrilled this week when I found that Janice @ Better of Thread highlighted my Market Tote on her website, after I shared it on her Sew Tuesday link up. I hope you go over and check out the link up, its lots of fun.
Over the weekend, I finished the two postage stamp pillows that were blogged here and here (check out these blogs for close up shots and fabric used). I love how they turned out. Here are the final looks:

For the first time, I used invisible zippers for the back opening, across the middle, for both pillows. I love how these look instead of my usual envelope backing:

I am super surprised at how much aqua/teal I now have in my stash. I think I will have to concentration these for a while to make room. I love the blues as well though 🙂

What a great way to use up fabric scraps. Both pillows look fabulous, but I think my favourite is the blue one with the contrasting star.
